Windows 11 Fix

Fixes the freeze after pressing Start, where the game loads your profile but never reaches the main menu, without changing your PC's clock. It adds a small dinput8.dll to the game folder that shows only MLB 2K12 a 2012 date, and blocks the game in Windows Firewall since 2K's MLB servers no longer exist. No game files are modified, and it's removed with one click. Requires your own installed copy of the game. Tested on Windows 11 with game version 1.0.1.1.
